Amanda has worked in the field for almost five years, first starting out as an administrative assistant before being promoted to case manager and then transitioning into a Primary Therapist role. Amanda was hired by Pinelands Recovery Center in May 2019 and has experience working in several levels of care, including residential, partial care, intensive outpatient programming and outpatient programming. Amanda is presently working toward her goal of becoming a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She decided to enter this field to serve others, watch patients grow and help families heal. Amanda believes in empowering her clients, but also challenging them, on their recovery journey by teaching them different tools necessary to be the best version of themselves. Amanda enjoys and prides herself in addressing each clients individualized needs. As a woman in recovery, Amanda loves to help and guide people on their path to recovery.
