Jessica is a primary therapist at Pinelands Recovery Center of Medford. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. She is a licensed social worker (LSW) in New Jersey and is pursing licenses to become a clinical social worker (LCSW) and a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC). Since 2017, Jessica has worked in the mental health and substance use field. She is passionate in helping patients achieve their fullest potential in their recovery. In therapy, Jessica’s style is warm, direct, goal-oriented and trauma-focused. She draws from a variety of treatment modalities including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, mindfulness and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). When supporting patients and families through the process of change, Jessica aims to make sure that they know they are valued in their work together.
